The Call of Duty: Mobile development team recently took to Reddit and shared the latest update regarding the game, stating that the test build for COD: Mobile is now live with new features added.

Call of Duty: Mobile Beta Test Access

The Call of Duty: Mobile development team refrained from going into detail about the upcoming zombies mode, keeping it hidden for a later announcement. However, they did discuss enough about everything else. The beta test began on July 13th and has no end date announced yet, which means that players can still get in on the Call of Duty: Mobile Season 6 fun soon enough. iOS users can access this beta test through the Test Flight link. As of July 15th, the Call of Duty: Mobile team is working on launching another beta test build for those who missed out. Android users can download the APK file through these links: 64-bit version and 32-bit version. Expect around 2 GB worth of download when you do.

It is also advised to ensure a couple of things before downloading the build. First, make sure that you have enough space in your device or destination. Second, download the build on a wireless secure connection.

New Additions to Call of Duty: Mobile

For starters, Call of Duty has brought along a couple of new multiplayer maps called Slums and Stack. The Slums map has been featured previously in other Call of Duty games such as Call of Duty: Black Ops II, III, and IV. Following that, Slums in COD Mobile also has a tropical vibe with several open shops to take cover in and the main street for all the action. On the other hand, Stack is a cramped-up space with a bunch of crates obstructing the area, consequently leading to intense gunfights and narrow escapes. This map was first featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.

There are a few other upgrades and additions such as new scorestreaks, operator skills, grenade types, and perks. The development team has enhanced the UI functionality. Also, there have been optimizations made to BR. By optimizations, it mostly means that specific areas around the map have been updated so as to suit the performance.

Call of Duty: Mobile Moving Onward

With this beta test and the final version arriving soon for all, Call of Duty: Mobile fans have a lot of fun content to look forward to. Not to mention that the COD Mobile development team also hinted at plenty of new surprises for this year and moving onwards as well. Hopefully, Call of Duty can get rid of the recent hacks in the near future as well. For everything Call of Duty, follow CharlieOscarDelta.
